New series airs Oct. 10, featuring veterans and their JDog franchises around the nation

JDog Junk Removal and Hauling will be featured on Discovery channel’s Operation Hidden Treasures.

The show, which premieres on October 10th, will be sponsored by the patriotic lifestyle retailer with the goal of creating awareness around the importance of veteran support and community outreach.

The 10-episode show follows Yurick’s crew and another from Texas as they pick up old or unwanted items and try to find new homes for them.

Joe Yurick, a franchisee of JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, said he was drawn to the brand by the community of veterans that had built up around it. The chief executive officer and founder, Jerry Flanagan, is an Army veteran and the company only offers franchises to veterans and their families.
