Tony Gregg, a former staff sergeant in the Marine Corps, never entirely stopped working in the military. For the past 12 years, Gregg has been working for companies that make drowns and assault vehicles for the Marine Corps. But he always knew he wanted to do something that would allow him to be his own boss and help other veterans.
