Tracy Flanagan

Co-Founder/Senior Vice President – JDog Brands

Tracy co-founded JDog with her husband, Jerry, in 2011, helping to scale the business into a recognized national Veteran brand. As Senior Vice President and Assistant Director of the JDog Foundation, she spearheads the company’s workforce development initiatives, including a strategic partnership with the Veteran Administration’s Compensated Work Therapy Program to connect franchise owners with Veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce. In addition to her operational leadership, Tracy oversees training on culture and customer service, ensuring that the core values of respect, integrity, and trust remain the foundation of every JDog franchise.

A dedicated military family member and Veteran spouse, Tracy serves as a vital mentor and advocate, bridging the gap between civilian and service life through her work with AMPLIFY. Her impact extends into the media landscape as the host of the Tactical Treasures Podcast, which serves as the official radio partner of Wreaths Across America Radio. Having featured nearly 200 guests, the platform provides a powerful space for the Military community to share stories of resilience and “unearth” the unique skills forged in service. Whether serving on national hiring panels or leading foundation initiatives, Tracy remains driven by a profound commitment to ensuring those who sacrifice for our country have the tools and recognition they need to thrive.
